This is Bishop Dom Luis Mendez castillo Patriarch of the Brazlinian National catholic Church. he wears the ring given by pope Pius XII to Bishop Carlos Duarte Costa. he place my bishop's ring on my finger after my Sub Condione consecration as a full bishop of the Brazilian national catholic Church on August 17, 2008 at San Lucan Sacatepequez, Guatamala. see www.icergua.org/latam/concilio.html
